Account and revenue mapping
Your chart of accounts, products and customers mapped to the categories you actually use to run the business.
SAGEPOINT ANALYTICS · SERVICES
QuickBooks knows your invoices and expenses. Your spreadsheet or CRM knows your pipeline and targets. We connect them in one dashboard so you can see margin, cash and overdue accounts next to sales without rebuilding the same export every month.
The problem
Built-in accounting reports answer accounting questions. Owners usually need something else: which customers, products or locations make money, what cash is coming in and who is late, in one place that updates itself.
What you get
We connect to QuickBooks through an authorized export or connector, combine it with your sales sources and build the view in Power BI, Looker Studio or Google Sheets. Your books stay in QuickBooks; we only read the data.
Your chart of accounts, products and customers mapped to the categories you actually use to run the business.
QuickBooks data joined with your sales spreadsheet or CRM, with totals checked against QuickBooks.
Margin by product or customer, cash, overdue invoices and sales against target on one page.
A daily or weekly update with checks that flag a failed or incomplete refresh.
Definitions, access notes and a training session for you and your bookkeeper.
How it works
On a free 30–45 minute call we look at your QuickBooks setup, your other sales sources and the questions you want answered.
You get a written proposal with sources, numbers to track, access needed, timeline and a fixed price.
We build the connection and the dashboard, reconcile totals against QuickBooks and review a working version with you.
We hand over the dashboard and documentation. Ongoing support starts at US$450/month if you want changes later.
Validation
Revenue, expense and receivable totals are checked against QuickBooks for the same period before the dashboard goes live, so your bookkeeper and your dashboard agree.
Package fit
A QuickBooks dashboard fits the 14-Day Dashboard Pilot well (US$750, paid on delivery): QuickBooks plus one sales source and up to eight numbers. Executive Cockpit, a fixed US$3,900, covers up to four sources and three dashboards.

Yes, through an authorized connector or scheduled exports. Which route we use depends on your QuickBooks plan, the data you need and how often it must refresh. We confirm it before quoting.
No. We only read data. We ask for the minimum access needed, sign an NDA before opening any file and never post entries or change your books.
Yes, if customers or products can be matched between the two. We check sample data first and tell you what can be matched reliably and what needs a cleanup rule.
QuickBooks reports show accounting views of accounting data. A dashboard combines that data with sales and operations sources, tracks targets and updates on its own, so you do not rebuild the same export every month.
A first working dashboard with QuickBooks and one other source fits in the 14-Day Dashboard Pilot. Larger builds with more sources usually take four to six weeks as an Executive Cockpit.
