Dealer group cockpit (demo)
A Power BI demo for a twelve-dealership group: sales against target, gross margin by region and aging inventory, built on sample data.
Dashboards & automated reporting for US small businesses
We connect your spreadsheets, CRM and accounting system into one dashboard that updates itself. Senior-level work on US Central Time, without big-consultancy prices. First dashboard in 14 days.
Before and after
Left: the spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Monday. Right: the same numbers, updated and checked on their own.
Our work
One delivered reporting project and one demo built on sample data. On the free call we can show you more of our work.
A Power BI demo for a twelve-dealership group: sales against target, gross margin by region and aging inventory, built on sample data.
An executive workbook with 33,370 rows from 14 phone and CRM systems, with weekly tables and charts for management.

How it works
We work with the tools you already use, and a person checks every number before it reaches your screen.
We look at where your numbers live today (spreadsheets, CRM, accounting or ERP, phone system) and find where information gets lost.
Your data loads automatically every day and goes through validation checks. A person reviews anything the system flags.
Dashboards your team understands without three weeks of training, with alerts delivered to Slack or WhatsApp before problems grow.
ROI estimator
Adjust three team inputs to estimate the time and cost of preparing reports.
Wages + benefits and payroll taxes ÷ hours worked.
Your annual estimate
Estimate: 75% of reporting time is automated. Recoverable value is hours freed multiplied by your loaded hourly cost; it is not guaranteed cash savings. The free call confirms what can be recovered.
Suggested starting point
Executive Cockpit · US$3,900
Estimated payback on an Executive Cockpit (US$3,900): 11.6 weeks
Operations spanning multiple systems may need Control Room (from US$15,000). We will confirm that on the free call.
Pricing
Every price here is fixed and written into the proposal before any work starts. You can stop after any step and keep what has been built.
Step 1 Most clients start here
I connect two of your sources, for example QuickBooks and the sales spreadsheet, and build a working dashboard with up to eight of your numbers. You also get a one-page list of what is worth automating next, in order of payoff.
If the dashboard isn't useful to you, you don't pay. You only pay the $750 once you've seen it working with your own data.
Step 2 If the pilot shows it's worth it
Up to four sources, up to three dashboards and one report that builds and sends itself every week. Two training sessions and written documentation, so your team doesn't depend on me to use it.
For businesses running on several systems that don't talk to each other: your own data warehouse, a portal with user permissions, forecasting models and CRM or ERP integrations. Scoped and priced in writing after the pilot.
Step 3 Optional, after delivery
No hour counting: each level covers the work it describes. Pay the year upfront and two months are free.
Why this costs less than a US agency. I'm one senior analyst in Guatemala City, working Central Time. There is no sales team and no US office rent in the price. The tools are the same (Power BI, SQL, Python), every number is checked by hand, and you talk to the person doing the work.
Projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery.

How we work
Everything lives in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, not on Sagepoint servers.
We hand over the Power BI files, scripts, and documentation; no vendor lock-in.
You talk directly to the person building your dashboards, via WhatsApp or video call. No middlemen.
Decide project by project if you want to continue. No mandatory monthly retainers.
Testimonials
A real quote from a delivered project.
“He took the time to understand our ideas before proposing anything. The first working dashboard arrived in under 10 days.”
Frequently asked questions
Yes. In a 30–45 minute video call, we review your data sources and explain what can be automated and what cannot. You receive a written summary even if you do not hire us.
No. We work with the tools you already use — Excel, Google Sheets, your CRM and ERP — as your external data team. If new infrastructure is needed, we discuss it before starting and quote it separately.
You do, 100%. Everything is built in your accounts with your licenses. We sign an NDA before accessing any file and provide full documentation at the end of the project.
Each package defines deliverables, timelines and exclusions in writing before we start. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately for your approval — no surprise charges.
Thirty to forty-five minutes, no obligation. Bring your data sources and we will explain what can be automated within the next two weeks.
